Our family had a brief and lovely stay at this Aparthotel. the spacious room offered a breathtaking sea view, separate shower and toilet, and high, tech controls for heating. the bathtub's special features added relaxation to our stay. the amenities, like the washer/dryer and kitchen equipment, made it convenient. The accommodating staff made our late check, in hassle, free, ensuring our comfort and enjoyable experience. Cons: Can just recommend this hotel.

I got an apartment with a total of 4 beds, just as I expected, and I really enjoyed my stay. the location is great—it's close to a grocery shop and some of the nicest beaches around. 🏖️.

The hotel was great because the room was super spacious with a full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and even a balcony. Bonus points for the massage chair in one of the bedrooms! the views from this tall building were fantastic, and everything was clean and new. the only downside was the long walk in the scorching summer heat to the beach and bus stop, which might be tough for some folks. 🌞.

We were thrilled with the prime location of our accommodation, just a stone's throw away from the renowned Shirahama beach. the convenience of having a 24-hour supermarket close by added a cherry on top to our stay. the spacious apartment boasted a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a stunning view of the beach and ocean - a true delight for us adventure travelers.

The lack of English information and communication could pose challenges for international guests.

Decent location in the onsen area near the best beaches in Japan 🏖️. Close to shirarahama beach, as well as plenty of restaurants and a convenience store for an easy stay.

Had a wonderful stay in a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. the room was well-equipped with plenty of kitchenware and plush mattresses. Conveniently located near bus stops and attractions. Mr Hirotaka at the front desk provided excellent English assistance and went above and beyond to help during a difficult situation.

The room type confusion at check-in led to a minor inconvenience. the fire alarm incident at 2 am caused unnecessary disruption with no clear communication.

I was really impressed with the room and the fantastic facilities, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed it so can't wait to go back. Friendly staff, stunningly beautiful views of the beach and the ocean, everything is very convenient. Also, the location is good and decent, minutes from Shirahama Energy Land.
